The new " Frieda" seminar room

The new seminar rooms have been finished in time for the coming 2006 summer season. Franzenshöhe now offers a 60 m² large seminar room, and two group rooms for use in diverse seminar activities.

language courses

English Adventure Week 2008

1-week full-immersion in the English language for 10-13 year-olds on Stilfserjoch Children spend a week rich in adventure at Hotel Franzenshöhe at the halfway point to Stilfserjoch. Mornings, they will learn English, or will have the opportunity to improve on the English they already know. Afternoons, various recreational activities are scheduled where English will be constantly spoken. On subsequent afternoons, the following activities are scheduled: a hike to the glacier, which will include an introduction to the local flora and fauna; a trip by minivan to the Heiligen Drei Brunnen in Trafoi; a visit to the National Park visitor center Natura Trafoi; a hike on the Tarscher Alm; preparation of supper together in the hotel kitchen; forest exploration, swimming, tennis, and nature observation.

English Business Weekends 2008

Brush up on your English business skills in an intensive 3-day course tailored to your needs (using English on the telephone, in emails, for socialising, in meetings, presentations etc.) while enjoying the quiet and beauty and excellent food of Hotel Franzenshöhe half way up the road to the Stilfserjoch. The course will be held by Gail Mair an instructor with years of experience teaching Business English. Participants will spend six hours practicing their English skills in a structured but relaxed atmosphere. Late afternoons can be spent hiking, reading, swimming, playing tennis or just relaxing with a cool drink. Price includes full board, use of the hotel sauna, pool, tennis court, course and course materials. A minimum A2.2/B1.1 level of English is required to attend the course.
