Between tradition & innovation, we offer quality in a simple and friendly atmosphere.

We conduct our our hotel kitchen in an ecologically responsible manner, so only local and organic products are used, where available. We lovingly prepare simple South Tyrolese and Italian dishes using these ingredients.

Specially prepared vegetarian meals are always available. Guests begin the day with an abundant breakfast buffet, and home-made marmalade. Lunch and supper consist of three to four-course menus with a plentiful salad buffet.


Responsibility

As the Berghotel Franzenshöhe shares the philosophy informing the idea of the Stilfserjoch National Park , you will not find any plastic bottles, aluminum cans, or other such unnecessary packaging material purchased by hotel management.


Restaurant & Bar

A guest staying with us at half-board, who is tempted to try one of our excellent dumpling recipes or perhaps desires a bowl of soup, can select these from in our restaurant menu.
